This is the first time we have lease hired a vehicle.
I found all elements of this process from first phone call and throughout the process and the email dealings with Leicester Automotive very professional and without any problems.
I wasn't present when the vehicle was delivered or the last few days dealings, however there is a new car sat outside my office this morning so I assume that everything went well.

I have been very happy with the service from Leicester Automotive. Delivery was prompt - well within the time frame that was originally indicated - and I am very pleased with the vehicle itself. I was not at home to accept the delivery personally - but I have been told that the gentleman who delivered the vehicle was very professional and helpful.
I have been very happy with the service that Matthew has provided - even when there was a slight delay in my vehicle being delivered - he handled the situation professionally, and has always replied to any e-mail queries promptly.
I will recommend Leicester Automotive to any colleagues that are thinking of leasing.

Obviously I am going to write something nice because I'm excited about my new car. However, I can honestly say that your service is excellent.
When I made contact with Leicester Automotive it was based on a bit of shopping around. I had already approached a few companies including our existing supplier. Our existing supplier came in much higher than you and a few other companies didn't return quotes. I found that Leicester Automotive had a very good manner about them and seemed to give me unbiased advice.
I particularly like a non hard cell approach which they seemed to offer. The price was good too. I also found that the quoting speed was excellent and accurate and was better than our existing company.

I've been delighted with the service from Leicester Automotive.
Part of the reason I chose to lease was to avoid all the hassle and time wasting related to going to car showrooms etc. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly, I think the whole thing must have been done with about 4 phone calls. The gentleman who organised my car was crisp and to the point, quickly found the right car, honored the advertised price and a couple of weeks later its here. Each time the gentleman did what he said he was going to and promptly let me know. Brilliant.
